Add contact forms, inquiries, feedback, registrations and file uploads with FormBuilder. Build and publish your form in FormBuilder, select it in Joomla, and choose the pages where it appears.

Compatibility: Joomla 6.1.3 and later 6.1 patch releases; PHP 8.3+, MySQL or MariaDB, OpenSSL and cURL. Other Joomla branches are not supported by this release.

Account required: the extension connects to the separate hosted FormBuilder service. A free plan is available; paid plans provide higher limits and additional features. See current plan details.

From published form to Joomla page

Install the complete ZIP through Joomla's extension installer.
Create and save a FormBuilder site module. Connect a FormBuilder API key with read-only form access and select a published public form.
Choose the module's position, pages and access level, then publish it. Visitors select “Open form” to load the responsive form.

Keep responses in one place

Form responses and uploaded files remain in FormBuilder. This extension does not copy submissions into Joomla or process payments. It includes a site module and a companion AJAX plugin, with updates delivered through Joomla's update system.
