File upload responses

File upload fields store submitted files with the response so authenticated form owners can view or download them later.

Supported files

The public form accepts uploaded files through file upload fields and sends them with the response submission.

Storage

  • Free includes 100MB file storage.
  • Pro includes 1GB file storage.
  • HIPAA storage is listed separately because HIPAA is waitlist-only.
