Integration failures: Google Sheets and webhooks

Check saved submissions, connection permissions, destination settings, and delivery errors.

Workflow

Steps

1First confirm the submission appears in Responses. A saved submission does not by itself confirm delivery to another service.
2For Google Sheets, check the selected spreadsheet and tab and that the connected Google account still has access. Reconnect if access was revoked or the token expired.
3For webhooks, check that the integration is enabled, the destination URL and POST or PUT method are correct, and the destination server accepts requests with a valid TLS certificate.
4Send one test response and check the destination. Do not assume reconnecting automatically replays older submissions.
5Contact support with the form URL, destination service, timestamp and error message. Remove API keys, tokens, personal response data and webhook secrets.
