Password-protected forms

Password protection hides form fields until the respondent enters the password configured in the builder access settings.

Workflow

Steps

  1. 1Open the form in the builder.
  2. 2Open Access Control.
  3. 3Turn on Password protected.
  4. 4Set the password.
  5. 5Preview the form and verify the password prompt appears.

Important notes

  • Share the password separately from the public link.
  • Changing the password affects future access.
  • Password-protected forms should be tested before embedding.
