Publish, share, and embed forms

Published forms get a public URL. The dashboard share modal can copy the link, copy embed code, show a QR code, and open social or email share options.

Workflow

Steps

  1. 1Verify your email address.
  2. 2Open the dashboard or builder for the form.
  3. 3Publish the draft.
  4. 4Open Share from the dashboard.
  5. 5Copy the public link, embed code, QR code, or social share link.

Public URLs

Published forms use the public forms domain when configured. Preview routes are for testing and should not be used as the public share link.

Embeds

Embed code is intended for published forms. Password-protected forms should be tested carefully before embedding.
