The free plan includes unlimited forms and unlimited responses, an AI assistant that drafts a form (questions, logic and design) from a text description, custom themes, a flexible grid layout system, and a fairly deep logic set — conditional questions, repeatable sections, answer piping, calculations, hidden fields and page navigation. OrbitForms is less a form builder than a lead-capture stack with a form on the front. The core is a drag-and-drop form and conversational "Flow" builder with conditional logic, multi-page forms and file uploads, but the reason it exists is what happens after submit: a calendar-synced scheduler (Google Calendar / Outlook, Zoom / Meet links, round-robin and group booking), an "AI SDR" that scores and routes leads against your ideal-customer rules, a visual workflow builder, multi-channel email and SMS sequences, and a contact database with tagging and ownership.
