Overview
MightyForms is a drag-and-drop online form builder aimed at small businesses that needed lead-capture, intake, order and registration forms without writing code. Its signature idea was that a form should never lose a lead: every keystroke was saved as a partial submission, abandoned forms could be recovered with automated follow-up emails, and respondents could resume where they left off. Stripe and PayPal payments, autoresponders, email/SMS notifications, PDF export and Zapier connectivity rounded out the product.
In May 2026 FormBuilder acquired MightyForms. The MightyForms app remains available at its existing login for current customers, and nothing about existing accounts, forms, submissions or billing has been moved automatically. FormBuilder.com is now the home for the MightyForms public templates and educational resources, and it is where we recommend building new forms.
involve.me (originally brandquiz) is not a general form builder so much as an interactive-content builder. Its "funnels" are multi-step experiences — personality and product-recommendation quizzes, price and ROI calculators, lead-magnet surveys, payment and booking flows — that live on a hosted landing page, embed, or pop-up and push leads into your CRM or email tool. Outcome logic, answer scoring, calculators and A/B testing are core, and 350+ templates are built around marketing outcomes rather than form types.
The pricing reflects that focus. Plans are metered on live funnels and seats: Start (3 live funnels, 1 user), Grow (5 live funnels, 2 users, branding removed, 1 custom domain), and Scale (25 live funnels, 5 users, 3 custom domains, A/B testing, Salesforce), with Enterprise from $499 / month. On annual billing that is $29, $69 and $139 a month; month-to-month is roughly $49, $99 and $199. A free account allows 2 live funnels and 50 submissions or 500 visits a month with 30-day retention and no exports, integrations or logic jumps.
