Typeform popularised the "one question per screen" form. Instead of a long page of fields, respondents move through a full-screen, animated flow that feels like a conversation. That format is the product's core identity and its biggest strength: completion rates on well-built Typeforms are typically high, and the forms look polished with almost no design effort.
Beyond the builder, Typeform sells a broader engagement suite: VideoAsk (async video forms), a Logic Map for branching, calculators and hidden fields for personalisation, and a large integrations catalogue (HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, and more). Its template gallery is deep and skews toward marketing, HR and research use cases.
MightyForms is a drag-and-drop online form builder aimed at small businesses that needed lead-capture, intake, order and registration forms without writing code. Its signature idea was that a form should never lose a lead: every keystroke was saved as a partial submission, abandoned forms could be recovered with automated follow-up emails, and respondents could resume where they left off. Stripe and PayPal payments, autoresponders, email/SMS notifications, PDF export and Zapier connectivity rounded out the product.
In May 2026 FormBuilder acquired MightyForms. The MightyForms app remains available at its existing login for current customers, and nothing about existing accounts, forms, submissions or billing has been moved automatically.
